FPIK UB's THP Study Program held a 3 in 1 activity in December 2028 with the theme "Increasing the Capacity for Innovation in Knowledge and Technology for Quality Control of Fishery Products through the Integration of the Application of Food Safety (Food Safety) and Halal Standards". In this activity, THP FPIK UB Study Program invites Assoc. Prof. Nurul Huda from the University of Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. The material provided is related to increasing the capacity for innovation in knowledge and technology for quality control of fishery products through the integration of the application of food safety (food safety) and halal standards as well as several developments or research trends and challenges in the world of work related to the fishing industry.
Furthermore, the event also invited food quality and safety practitioners, namely Evy Nawangwulan, who has experience as an auditor with high flying hours both at national and international levels. The combination of experts in the field of food safety, in this case professors from Thailand and practitioners, is expected to provide new knowledge about the development of food safety and the halalness of a fishery product. The 3 in 1 program opens space for the academic community to improve competence in the field of Handling the Quality of Fishery Products, which is one of the compulsory subjects in the THP FPIK UB Study Program
In addition to lectures, in this 3 in 1 activity several other activities such as workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) were also held. The workshop which was held with the theme Scientific Writing and Research Publication was attended by 50 participants consisting of lecturers and students. The FGDs held with the theme FGD on Seafood Safety, FGD on Halal Sciences, FGD on Trends in Halal Research, FGD on Curriculum Development.
Program Studi THP FPIK UB mengadakan kegiatan 3 in 1 pada bulan Desmber 2028 dengan tema “Peningkatan Kapasitas Inovasi Pengetahuan dan Teknologi Pengendalian Mutu Hasil Perikanan Melalui Integrasi Penerapan Keamanan Pangan (Food Safety) dan Standar Halal“. Dalam kegiatan ini, Prodi THP FPIK UB mengundang Assoc. Prof. Nurul Huda dari University of Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. Materi yang diberikan adalah terkait peningkatan kapasitas inovasi pengetahuan dan teknologi pengendalian mutu hasil perikanan melalui integrasi penerapan keamanan pangan (food safety) dan standar halal serta beberapa perkembangan atau trend penelitian dan tantangan di dunia kerja terkait dengan industri perikanan
Lebih lanjut, dalam kegiatan ini turut mengundang praktisi mutu dan keamanan pangan yaitu Evy Nawangwulan yang berpengalaman sebagai auditor dengan jam terbang tinggi baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Kombinasi para ahli di bidang keamanan pangan, dalam hal ini profesor dari Thailand dan praktisi diharapkan akan memberikan pengetahuan baru mengenai perkembangan keamanan pangan dan kehalalan suatu produk perikanan. Program 3 in 1 membuka ruang kepada civitas akademika untuk meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang Penanganan Kualitas Hasil Perikanan, yang menjadi salah satu mata kuliah wajib di Program Studi THP FPIK UB
Selain perkulihan, dalam kegiatan 3 in 1 ini juga diadakan beberapa kegiatan lain seperti workhsop dan Focus Group Dicsussion (FGD) .
